To book your session, simply reserve your spot through our booking site and secure it with a 50% deposit.

🔹 Cancellation Policy - Deposits are non-refundable if CANCELLED within 14 days of your shoot date.

💰 Pricing: Photo shoots start at $220 per person for a 30-minute session. If you and a friend book back-to-back, you're welcome to combine your time—making it a more relaxed and fun experience!

📅 The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your shoot.

💳 Payment Options: We accept cash, direct deposit, and card payments.

Photo shoots will proceed rain or shine, except in extreme weather conditions.

For safety reasons, we do not operate during **lightning storms, severe wet weather, flooding, or torrential rain**.

We’ll always keep a close eye on the forecast and will notify you as soon as possible if any weather-related changes are needed.

🔹 Want to use your own apparatus?
No problem! You’re welcome to BYO, as long as it fits a single rig point.

A crash mat will not be used for beach or creek locations. Safety comes first, so there’s no need to go as high as possible—just perform at a height where you feel comfortable and confident. 😊

The pole will be set to spin by default, allowing for multiple angles of your movement. However, you’re more than welcome to request it to be set to static. Please don’t feel obligated to use spin mode if you’re not comfortable. This shoot is all about you, not the photographer!

Photography isn’t always perfect—technical issues can occasionally arise. In every shoot, some shots may turn out blurry or have flaws that cannot be corrected. If this happens, Artistry Photography sincerely apologizes. Direct sunlight isn’t always ideal, as it can sometimes overpower the model or cast harsh shadows on the focal point. Unfortunately, these effects cannot always be avoided. We appreciate your understanding and embrace the unpredictable beauty of nature in our work.

Photo Shoots: The Ultimate HIIT Workout!

Don’t plan on training or doing anything strenuous after your shoot! Hitting your favorite move in class is one thing—but holding it with perfect form, pointed toes, straightened legs, and flawless hair for what feels like an eternity is another challenge entirely.

Your images will be available within 24 hours of your session. Artistry Photography provides a quick edit for you to view, save, and share. If you choose to post, we kindly ask that you credit Artistry Photography and mention that the image is unedited and not a reflection of our final work.

Your fully edited images will be delivered via your Pixieset gallery within 4–6 weeks of submission to the photographer.
